Yeah, I think they REALLY missed Mike Williams earlier in the year. As the year went on, Jarett and Smith stepped up.

Exactly. They both needed time to grow into the offense.

That was a nice play by White. Great job of buying time for the receiver to get open.

Good point, but to be fair, VT didn't have a healthy running back for the USC game and started two receivers and two linebackers playing in their first collegiate game.

I am shock at the speed of these teams. They got the NFL speed and physical play.

I have no doubt that VT has improved as well as the year has gone by. I just don't think the two games can be a basis for a valid comparison. I really think that USC - Auburn would be a bigger blowout. However, as someone mentioned, who knows what would really have happened if they played tonight.

I think the game is fixed. The OU players aren't playing like they belong here.

Jason White ran right into that big sack. He saw the guy coming and didn't try to step up in the pocket.

Whats the halftime show? Man, ABC and the Orange Bowl needs to keep this game a college game, not the NFL crap they do during the Super Bowl.

One gets the feeling if the refs offered OU a deal to walk away and end the game right now they'd jump on it.

This has Nebraska-Florida 1996 written all over it.

I knew this game wasn't going to be a "classic."
