As I mentioned earlier, I do know the guy (worked with him when I lived in San Antonio) and I can assure you that none of the above are true. To put the duplicate accounts or banned former member theories to rest, his IP should be SBC out of San Antonio.

I'd been selling on him on FOF and linking him threads like the NFL Week in Pictures for quite some time and he finally bought FOF a couple months ago (which resulted in I told ya so's from me for a couple weeks). He chose to make the jump from lurker to contributer in an odd way, but there was no actual harm meant by the thread.

I don't know if it's reasonable to assume the worst case scenario in that instance...I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be my thought process, FWIW. Beyond that, I really don't think it's reasonable to perma-ban someone based off of a vague assumption.
