I can believe I will actually say this but I like the way Wanny is coaching this game.

No kidding. I assume Va Tech and LSU will both jump over Kansas, but also jumping over UGA would probably require the AP and Harris poll voters to specifically punish UGA and vote diffrently than in earlier weeks?

Tough break for Pitt...went from a touchdown to a missed FG due to a phantom holding call.

I'm not sure whether it's punishing Georgia (for failing to win their division, much less their conference) or rewarding LSU (for winning the same conference).

Of course, I really don't give a damn how they do it, as long as UGAg doesn't end up in the title game, it's all good with me

It's hard enough to play the #2 team in the country, but waiving off a touchdown for a phantom hold is brutal.

Terrible call.

Agreed. I think if they do I may just edit my entire other thread about moving etc and just change it to "I had to get out of the state to avoid killing people over UGA making the title game"

If you walk around and slam yopur crutches on the ground for 15 minutes, do you even need crutches to start with?

Pitt opts for a FG facing 4th-and-goal at the 1, it's 13-7 Panthers with 6:17 left to play.

Achilles problem. He can walk on it, but then the foot swells. So with the crutches, they said he can keep the pressure off of it.

It won't be. It'll be an excuse for the power conferences to wax poetic about how much "better" they are in a year where no one is a clear favourite. It's a freakin' joke.

But right, silly me...this is part of that "every week is a playoff b.s." we keep getting fed.

This is unbelievable. Another phantom hold calls back a first down for Pitt and then a blatant defensive holding is ignored on the replay of 3rd down.

WV ball on the Pitt 33 2:24 left 13-7 Pitt.

I have no dog in this fight. But if WVA wins this game, it will be one of the biggest frauds in the history of college football. Bluntly, they do not deserve to play for the national championship.

Surprised they didn't call interference on that pass to the end zone.

Let's see what defensive penalty the refs come up with here to give WVA the first down.

Here comes a 5 yard defensive holding call to give WVU a first down on a 4th and long...

I didn't really mean it like that. I just meant he had no business in the game. I was typing and screaming at the TV.
