I love Maddon. Think he's one of the, if not the best manager in the game.
But this asinine fascination he had tonight of pulling Hendricks was stupid when it was brought up, it was stupid to before the game started and it was horribly executed. It was like since he had made the decision that's what he was going to do, he looked for every excuse he could to do it. As much as I like him, if the Cubs lose this game, it is squarely on him. What a horrific decision. |
