No word from SI. I gave him two private messages and a message on sbnation. I wish he were part of this but it seems like he is too busy so I will message Subby to let him know he is in.

Lets do a soft start today, meaning no time limits and as many picks we can get in, we will get in.

Tomorrow things will start for real with a three hour limit in between picks.

Unless there are objections, lets say the first pick each morning must be made by 10 am eastern time. Then the three hour clock will start for the next pick. Also, lets make the cutoff 10 pm eastern at night so if the final pick is made at 8 pm, the next person has until the morning to make his pick. If most people in this league live in the western time zone or central time zone we could adjust this.

Please pm the person drafting after you to let them know its their pick, once youve made yours. If you are busy and you know you will miss your upcoming pick, you can send me or another person you know in the league a list of players and that person can make the pick for you to keep the draft moving.

If someone doesn't make the pick within three hours, then he will get the top person listed on the yahoo rankings. DON'T BE SHY ABOUT GIVING SOMEONE THE TOP YAHOO PLAYER IF THEY AREN'T AROUND.

We are starting late this year and we need to keep things moving.

All picks should be made in this format:

FWIW, I think we're jumping the gun on auto drafting for Mizzourah.

Draft started at 10est. Draft clock is 3 hours. He should have until 1pm est.

You might want to clean up this bit of the first post then:

If you had more than an hour the previous night (the previous pick was made at 9pm), you get 1 hour in the morning (until 10am) to make your pick. If you had less than an hour, you have 2 hours in the morning (until 11am). We have to keep this moving and we need everyone checking every night and every morning if it's near their turn.
