They could easily be up with some to spare at this point. They've definitely blown it with the FGs.

Samuel seems like he gets a pick in all the big games.

Was that not a trip by Vrabel on Rivers?

Couldn't they have called a trip on the interception play? Vrabel (?) pretty clearly hooked Rivers down with his foot.

Yay another Pats TD. And as I type, PAT is good.

Why do the Pats have a 91 on their helmets? Who was that?

Marquise Hill was killed in the off-season in a boating accident.

Yeah, Rivers needs to be benched. It's obvious that he can't plant well enough to get anything behind his throws.

Wow, I look away for a moment, and they're praising a pancake block that looks a lot like a tackle by Logan Mankins

Rivers couldn't make that throw if he was 100% healthy. Just a ridiculous decision.

Okay. He underthrew it by about 10 yards, you're saying he couldn't throw it 40 yards if he were healthy? I will disagree with you there.

His knee is causing a lot more problems than you might think. Rivers ain't all that bad, but he'll never be a great quarterback, no doubt.

I'm surprised they let the clock run down so much on that play.

I;m not surprised at all.

Even if the get a FG here and the Pats don't get the ball back thats a victory going into the half.

Yeah, but there was about 1:09 left when Sproles went down. Then Rivers had to hobble 30 yards to where he was and by the time they got there, the clock was at :49. Then after the challenge they let :15 seconds run before snapping it and the pass to Gates ended at :26. They could have called the time out with over 1:00 left and they would be at the 30 yard line with plenty of time and 1 timeout and Rivers wouldn't have to run up 30 yards. They could have gotten 7 points with better clock management.

Doubtful. They hadn't done it with all the time in the world what makes you think they could do it under a minute?

You're right, but at least they would have had a chance. They could have still worked in the middle of the field with the 1 timeout and taken a couple shots in the redzone at the endzone. They didn't even get a chance with the way they wasted time.

Plus Rivers had just thrown 2 picks. I think he just wanted to go into the half with some points rather then try and force it and risk losing his teams confidence

That is twice the announcers didn't seem to notice or react to a NE turnover.

I wish LT was healthy.. although it seems the running game has been doing just fine for the Chargers. I would imagine it'd be a tad bit better with LT.

Another field goal for Chargers coming right up.

Wow. Cromartie again with a huge play. I thought that NE was about to take over complete control of this game.

While do people feel the need to take everything out of the end zone? What are the odds of taking a pick in the middle of the end zone in the middle of the field out past the 20?

Easily Brady's worst playoff game ever - and yet they're still winning.
