Those of us who are Pistons fans have been sounding the go inside to Rasheed refrain for oh about four years now. There are few players who make less use of their talent IMO, and he's as much to blame as the coaches.

Just turned the game on. Um, has the officiating been this bad the whole game?

I have no dog in this fight, but the last four minutes of play have seriously reinforced for me why I am not, nor ever will be, a fan of the NBA.

Unfucking real. First Lebron choking on the FT's and then Gooden misses a give me

Looks like another long Friday of listening to talk radio bitch about how the refs stole the game from the Cavs...

Why does Lebron bother shooting fadeaway threes again?

How in the name of Naismith do you let him dunk uncontested 2 times in a row? Tayshaun was a scared puppy on that one, he needs to hammer the crap out of LeBron there and make him hit free throws.

Not saying there should have been a foul called on the game-tying dunk by LeBron.

Just sayin' that if I see a player looking around like "what? what did I do?" and no whistle has been blown...he's hamming it up for a reason, and that reason probably isn't "he really didn't do anything."

Whatever he did may or may not have been foul-worthy...but he's hamming it up for some reason.

If LeBron played with that kind of desire all the time he'd be the best we've ever seen. Too bad he doesn't show that all the time.

Well I imagine that helps him get those lanes for uncontested dunks. Though I agree he needs to get better at three's if he wants to keep that up.

But I thought the problem was that LeBron didn't have desire at the end of games. Now it's earlier in the game? Which is it?

He's got 30 pts, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists. I've never seen a guy play so good and get so much shit. It's unreal.

A-Rod, but Lebron is coming through in the clutch. This is the 3rd game in a row he's dominated in the 4th quarter.

Has he scored all of their points in OT? Another clutch shot by Lebron to put them up 4.

Damn people, just trying to start shit with every post. He rarely shows this, if he came out like this 75% of the time, he'd probably be considered the best we've seen. Except, he plays like this in the 4th maybe 25% of the time.

And then he does that. Drive to the hoop. You know the refs give him every call so he should just drive.

That's what I'm talking about. He's even getting shit for this game. He is singlehandedly carrying the Cavs and it's still not enough.

Why doesn't he go to the hoop on that play? Chances are he's going to the line. Why take a 20 foot fadeaway?

I think people are still a little touchy over how ridiculous the 'Lebron Chokes' thread became.

At least partially, because Cleveland has their shooters on the bench, allowing Detroit to clog up the lane more. During his two dunks at the end of the fourth quarter, this was not the case.

Collins nailed that analysis about blowing that last timeout. Bonus points for actually saying it before it became an issue.

There's been some excellent "canceling wits" tonight. Gotta love using your last timeout to set up the "run down 22 seconds of clock before bombing a 3" play.

Lebron definitely does get too much shit from people though. I respect him as a player greatly, not trying to minimize what he's done. I just feel sometimes he settles too easily for those tough jumpers when no one can stop him on a drive.

I don't watch much NBA, I'm much more of a NCAA Basketball fan.

But man, this is an absurd show that Lebron is putting on right now.

Why doesn't Detroit run that double team at Lebron more often? He's made the last 24 of their points. Make someone else make a shot.

I think this is where Lebron proves all these people wrong that say he can't hit the big shot. And being a Pistons fan thats hard to say, but I don't see him missing this.

Totally agree. This is exactly what the NBA wants and needs. Maybe Lebron will help spark more interest that has declined since MJ retired in 1998.

Put them in a studio together and I hate them both.
