I don't get that 3rd down play from the Giants. It was 3rd and 5, but all of the receivers ran 10-15 yard routes....

No kidding. Some horrible clock management that was only saved by a Giant's injury TO.

The Cowboys O-Line has fallen apart in the fourth quarter. I don't think you can blame Romo for this game, even though he hasn't worked any miracles. The receivers had some awful drops that cost the Cowboys the game.

So is Phillips out and Jason Garrett in as head coach? I doubt that the Cowboys want to lose Garrett and you've got to think he's one of the top candidates with a few different jobs.

Thank god.

I was quite terrified about the prospects of a Cowboys vs Packers NFC Championship game.

Yep...anyone who blames Romo couldn't have been watching the game. Was he perfect? No, but he played well enough to win. I expected the Giants d line to wear down after the long Dallas drives but that didn't happen. It seemed like the Dallas o line is the side that fell apart. Also, considering the drops and costly penalties, there is no way Romo can be blamed for this loss.

Yeah, the ending was exciting. Impressive performance from the Giants' coaching staff covering for the absence of so many cornerbacks.

Just think, no one thought Coughlin should have been kept on this season and was given one last chance. Certainly made the most of it. Kinda like the Bolts and Norv Turner.

YES! Great game Eli Manning! The two best teams in the NFC will be meeting next week in the NFC Championship as the Cowboys couldn't even defeat a Giants team missing Shockey and half of their secondary! Tony Romo took a vacation a week too early! T.O. will probably blow up in a couple of weeks.

No way? I disagree. I watched the last two drives and saw him hanging on to the ball way too long, making very poor decisions and overthrowing receivers.

Tell me about it. They always compare him to Brett Favre, but Romo is no Favre. Favre led his team from behind and Romo couldn't do it even against a wounded secondary. Favre is a champion, Romo can't even win a playoff game! LOL!

Well...I'm thinking the Packers are going to kick the Giants' a$$ in Green Bay. I don't expect the Green Bay defense to fold against a very mediocre Giants offense the way the Cowboys defense did today...'effers.

Then I think the Patriots blow out the Pack in the Super Bowl. I'm thinking it could be 35-17 or somewhere in that range. It could be oogly.

Now excuse me, I'm going to be in a very deep funk for the next few days.

Well, he was able to overcome a 14 point lead with only 56 minutes to go.

Jas is having a solo orgasm because Favre doesn't have to take his 0-9 Texas Stadium record to the championship game.

I can't believe it's taken the Giants this long to start using Bradshaw. The guy was a stud at Marshall and only slid until the 7th round because of attitude issues. He's a perfect "thunder/lighting" compliment to Jacobs.

Perhaps I'm a bit biased because I drafted him in a fantasy dynasty league but it looks like that move might pay off.

Despite that, I feel he should be there number one guy.

Bitter are we? That's ok. I'm sure the Cowboys will regroup their offense after T.O. blows up so that they can CHOKE again next year. Congratulations to the Giants. I'm looking forward to watching the game next week in LAMBEAU. The best team in the NFC will be crowned next week.

Hey!!! The Eagles and the Cowboys have the same number of playoff wins this year!!!

So in the clutch in the playoffs Romo has...
a) botched holding a game winning field goal
b) thrown a game ending interception

Not really fair to compare the two. A) Definitely a Romo screwup.
B) Desperation throw trying for a miracle.
