Hooray! Draft is complete in Yahoo and draft post. In Yahoo, I set the season ready to begin. Make sure your roster is correct while we can still make changes. Everyone is on the waiver wire for the next couple of days so everyone gets a fair shot at every player, as per usual with Yahoo. Now, it's time for trades and whatnot.

Also, pardon me while I go make a change or two. I noticed one of the players I picked was already cut yesterday

Wow, I've been delinquent in updating this thread (and, yes, it's a coincidence that I did it after just shooting into 2nd place.) No rest for the weary, tho, as I'm starting a series against the league powerhouse Hunters. They're running away with things but 2 thru 6 are within 1.5 points of each other. The top 6 make the playoffs but even those teams not in contention right now can jump right back in it with a good week or two as only 2 of the top 6 teams were the same as the last time we updated about a month ago.

We're a little past halfway, with 12 of the 22 regular season weeks in the books. 4 teams haven't updated their teams in June, so if you haven't checked your team in a while- now's a pretty good time for a look. Also, maybe it's that time of year for some trades.

Another month and the trade deadline go by and the Hunters are still dominating. CleBrownsFan has had a huge month and has jumped into 2nd while Blacksburg has fallen out of the playoff picture. Only 3 weeks to go before the playoffs start. The top 8, if not 11, are still capable of getting in but there are only 6 spots and only 2 byes so there will be some furious fighting for the next couple of weeks

Blacksburg Transit just didn't get enough help as MizzouRah and the Troy Trojans beat the dead Yellow Jacket Envy 13-0 the last week to claim the final playoff spot.

The dominating Hunters get the top spot and a bye going into this week's playoffs. Go Get 'Em Tigers plays CleBrownsFan for the "reward" of facing them next round. The Lawrence Lumber get the other bye and will match up against the winner of Pool Parties and the aforementioned Trojans.

In the consolation bracket, Blacksburg Transit and Yellow Jacket Envy get the byes. Whos Down Wit OBP faces Greased Up Deaf Guys while Clogging the Bases gets Lathums Brew Crew- I'm not sure if any of those teams are still active.

Troy survives to live another day, crushing #3 Pool Parties in the 1st round and now faces the Hippos. Go Get 'Em Tigers was true to seed, beating CleBrownsFans 8-6, setting up a date with the powerhouse Hunters. Onto week 2 of the playoffs.

Troy with a crushing 13-1 win against Houston to make the finals as the 6th seed. The Hunters were down early in the week but came back to beat Go Get 'Em Tigers. Remember, the finals are two weeks long so don't celebrate too early.
