Yeah, I know. I didn't mean to say he got a skill tonight. Just saying that for me, 14 spps is a lot after 2 games.

Anxiety: Nerxt skill for him? Strip Ball. That way you can blitz into a cage, roll a 1db and about 75% of the time, that ball is coming out.
One of the sickest players I ever saw was a Wardancer with +AG and Strip Ball. He could leap anywhere on a 2+ and then strip the ball away. Sick. Sick Sick Sick. Till the day he rolled 1 Rerolled 1. He hit the ground, and the entire other team surrounded him and fouled him to death

I registered a team the other night. Alf showed me how it's played (or more like how I shouldn't play this game. ). Once I get the hang of this game, I might be up for daring my Orcs face off with any of your teams.

heheheh. I love Elf teams. They inspire SO much anger and frustration. But then when you beat them down it's so much FUN.

Oh it was much fun, especially as the foul roll was: 1,2 (normally wouldn't break swiss cheese, but with the amount of assists, it was MORE then enough) Injury roll: 6,6.. (Orc Coach starts cheering, Wood Elf coach swears, because he's already used his apocathery..) Cas Roll: 6! DEAD, DEAD DEAD.. DEAD!!!!!! There was much screaming and pointing at the dice

Since we are talking about skillups... Are we using Ageing? One of my guys aged, but didn't pickup the negative trait. Is that a league or a team option(I didn't know it was an option)? So I've got a Chaos Dwarf with guard, and my Bull earned Break Tackle. |

Yup. The same rule applies for one turn scorers on Skaven or Wood Elf teams. Not only will folks be gunning for them, folks consider them the epitome of cheese (even more then a bashy team player), and in a lot of cases, refuse to play a team with one or more of them.

Something not very well known, you can have a MV8 or MV9 guy score in one turn as a rookie. It's hard to do, but it can be done. |

You either need a quicksnap, or a favorable defense to get push blocks though

well, I should be around for a game tonight. Around 7cst or so. I was finally able to get a Troll slayer for my team. My next move will probably be another slayer, then another re-roll

I'm still online, and I still have the client open.
I don't seem to be actually connected to the server, though. Are you having problems, or is it just me? |

I can't tell really. I think I'm connected because it looks like I can chat, but it's your turn, so I can't do anything else.

I'm not connected. The client keeps trying to connect, then failing because 'game name FOFC is already taken'. Going to quit and start a new game using the latest save (.lnc). Help on how to load saves is at

Katon,
Something's still screwy with our game. It says waiting for report next to both our teams. Anybody know what we need to do to fix that? Last edited by KWhit : 03-08-2006 at 09:04 PM. |

KWhit and Katon: Fill out support reports, and get it to the FUMBBL guys. Your reports apparently didn't match. After a crash, make sure you guys sync up afterwards

Send a report, and state that whoever had the save game had the right copy. Basically there's a disagreement with regards to either SPP or Injured players.

when the person who joins a save game is done, right click on the chat text or the text that has the results of the rolls and stuff, and choose Sync Game.. to opposing player.
(this is before a game ends, of course)

And I should mention, it never gave me the "boxscore" screen like it usually does after the game was over. I wonder if the game on my end never truly finished.

I had a result, yes.
But that's not actually what I'm talking about. In addition to the Report Match button (which I've used) there's also a link that says "Support" in the red bar near the top of the screen. That's where to go to submit a request for help. No match file required. |
