How fickle are your fans and supporters? I know that current performance matters, but I just lost a league game (which will probably proove important later in the season) 3-nil, and my sponsors are still "Delirious," my supporters are "calm," and I had six new supporters sign up today. I was coming off of a 3 game win streak, of course, but still...I'd think they would be more upset after that.

I'm thinking that my sponsors are that way because I'm still in the USA Open Cup, but I'm not sure...anyone paid attention to how forgiving Sponsors and Supporters are?

They're generally peeved if you lose. MUCH more so with a shutout. One at home is not a GoodThing[tm], either. Try, umm, to not get shutout in consecutive games (did that last season, it was decidedly unpleasant).

From what I've noticed, my sponsors are far more forgiving than my fans. Having a fair contingent of Spokespersons will help some.

After my first loss ever, following a 13 game winning streak we lost 2 supporters. Even after the friendly that I lost to Meanstrosity we lost 2 supporters. But both of those matches were MOTsd and I wonder if that had anything to do with it?

Friendlies aren't affected by MOTS or PICs.

In addition to what Q said, friendlies also doesn't modify supporter spirits (up or down). So you would have had to wait until your next league game to get them happier.
