To Dataking....
Quick hattrick question.
Do you play one of your wingers offensive?? Im also using a 4-5-1 and i wanna generate a little more Offense. Or will that effect my midfield to much??? and also... which one of these would you play at winger??? Per Godland 36 000 US$, 20 years, poor form Has disastrous experience and weak leadership abilities Stamina: inadequate Keeper: disastrous Playmaking: wretched Passing: weak Winger: inadequate Defending: poor Scoring: passable Set Pieces: inadequate Charles Eddy 44 000 US$, 26 years, inadequate form Has wretched experience and poor leadership abilities [Unpredictable] Stamina: passable Keeper: disastrous Playmaking: inadequate Passing: poor Winger: inadequate Defending: weak Scoring: weak Set Pieces: poor Im thinking if i decide to make one winger offensive i should play Per. But if i keep it normal then i think i should play Charles. I just bought another passable winger but i dont think he'll be on my team before the game tonight. Lemme know what you think. Your the FOFC expert on the 4-5-1

Keep an eye on form...it's crucial as well...a player with poor form will not perform as well as a player with passable form.

I know I'm not DK, but I play a 4-5-1 and I play both my wingers offensive. The site ABC of Tactics convinced me that playing a winger offensive should almost be a standard, as it will drop your defense rating (not midfield) which is a very secondary rating for a winger and it will increase the winger rating, which should be the forte of any winger...
Good luck. I'm up 3-0 in my cup game!!! FrogMan |

Geez guys...give me an hour or two will ya.
![]() Overall, I'd say Eddy is the better winger, as he will contribute something to the midfield (inadequate playmaking) and Godland won't (wretched playmaking). In this case, I would actually prefer to play Eddy offensively, as his one worse level in passing should be made up by the fact that his form is two levels higher. Neither one of these guys is going to "light it up" offensively (you need better passing ratings for that), but if you're playing a 4-5-1 then you probably need all the offensive help you can get. Another thing to consider is to play Eddy normally, and the midfielder on that side offensive (assuming you have one with decent playmaking and passing skills). If you want a midfielder or winger to play well offensively, they'll need some passing skill. I recently purchased a winger for this exact purpose. I hope this helps, and that it isn't too late.

Whoops... this time difference has got me off my game. If I didn't put orders in, will it just use the default? If so, what's the danger of starting my starters in the cup (against a VI bot team ![]() TIA
