Brand New League Listings Site Launches!! SimLeagueWorld.com

We at SimLeagueWorld.com are pleased to announce the Grand Opening of a new League Listings Website. We have decided to take some time out of our days to make a service available to all the hard working leagues and commissioners around the sim sports world.

SimLeagueWorld.com specializes in Simulation, Fantasy and Head to Head league listings and has an interactive message board where leagues can post league openings.

Other special features of SLW are our League Scouting option when you register your league for free with our site. If you elect this option our scouting team will rate and grade your league in special categories and your league will be eligable for our power rankings. We will also be featuring a downloads section, a custom made logo page and a feature where anybody can submit an article to be posted on the main page.

Yeah actually seems like it could be a good site to bring together all the communities. Heck maybe it could replace this place.

Hell Atlantic pops the cherry of their message board. What a LOT of topics. I admire the ambition of the site if nothing else, but am skeptical about how the Power Rankings will work in actuality.

I would agree. I could see some sort of "Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval" being useful. In other words develop some criteria and then apply it to leagues. This way there could be some ratings without explicitly saying one is better than the other

I also see problems with some members being able to become "gold members." How come I suspect "gold member" status will be based on money donated?

Not to mention the fact that I'm guessing the 'better' leagues won't even sign-up because really they don't need the services of this site and have a waiting list already anyways..
