One one my Fav hockey players is in the hall

http://sports.espn.go.com/nhl/news/story?id=2080300

Cam Neely was named to the Hockey Hall of Fame (along with others) today. Congrats to Neely, he was a great player to watch before the injuries shortened his career.

I agree, those late 80's bruin teams would have won some cups if he was healthy. To bad Bourque had to sell out to get his, allthought I was happy for him.

I didn't know they put players from minor league hockey teams in the hall? Bruins? That an ECHL team? Though he was a good player for that team, just a shame he didn't play with the big boys.

Bah!!!

Why no love for Dino Ciccerlli?

How many goals can a guy score without getting into the Hall?

500 I thought was the bench mark, like 3,000 hits in baseball or even 500 homers, but apparently not.

Saddest injury ever - although given his style of play and the sport it really wasn't that surprising he didn't last. One of my favorite players, too, although well back of Bourque.

He's the Bert Blyleven on the NHL. But such happens when you play in Minnesota I suppose.

Cam was the man. Great player. Sad about his knees though.
