Scrubs is a midseason replacement
At best. Man, NBC really has wanted that show to fail. Thank God Joey and Will and Grace are safe.

seriously, wtf is that ? Scrubs is fucking awesome. That apprentice crap gets a second show - and Scrubs is a mid-season rep ? IS thisw in reverse proportion to intelligence ?

Never fear, NBC confirmed that Scrubs production and airing for next season is just delayed a little because Braff is going to be working on another film. Scrubs' numbers are plenty good enough to keep it on the air for a while.

The ratings have been down, but then all of NBC's numbers have been down. In
Scrubs' favor is that it survived some horrible lead-ins. On the downside, when given a decent lead-in it hasn't always held its ground. I'm worried with the direction the show started to take this season. It's a funny show as it is, but up until the last half of the season it was a master of playing drama for laughs. Then all of a sudden it started playing drama for drama. It's always trouble when comedies do that. |
