I stopped drinking soda containing High Fructose Corn Syrup after reading a study that showed it may contribute to obesity. Without changing anything else than eliminating HFCS I have dropped 15 lbs.

I've bought a few internet-only releases from itunes. I like it. Easy to use. I even had my internet go out in the middle of a download, and when I got it working again, it told me exactly what pull-down menu to use to start it again, and it picked up right where it left off and finished like nothing had happened.

That said, I'm still resisting making "regular" purchases online. There's a particular album that's hard to find that I could download, or else I' have to go through the artist's website and who knows how long it would take to get in the mail. And still...I couldn't pull the trigger since I know I could have a real CD if I wanted it.
