Skip Bayless didn't like "Million Dollar Baby"
I thought it was interesting. I thought the movie was overhyped too, but that's because it was Clint Eastwood.

So Bayless doesn't like Million Dollar Baby because he says it's unrealistic, but he says Rocky and The Natural are better movies? Yeah ... there's nothing unrealistic about those two.

Though yes, Raging Bull, is the standard by which any film with a sporting interest should be judged. And Baby isn't Bull class. |

Bayless said "Bull Durham" was overrated... hence, like our President said in the second post in this thread, another reason to like "Million Dollar Baby".

Glad I read the thread before reading the article. Oh, and I think I've called Skip Bayless an asshat or similar no less than 3 other times on this board and that's being conservative, I think. SI

Fuck. I thought I was the only one. It just came out of fucking nowhere. Doesn't that ruin the ending? You know how it ends. When I read it, I got soured so much on this Skip Bayless idiot. What a way to ruin my day when I read it. ![]() ![]() |

I just saw a report about the ending on the ABC news. They gave a good spoiler warning before the report. At first, I was going to turn it but I'm glad I didn't. I had considered watching the movie, but I would have been totally ticked at the ending. I don't like Bayless at all, but he is probably right on this one. If Clint Eastwood filmed himself taking a crap, it would get an Oscar nomination.

Bayless also hates hockey. He is a f*cking idiot. A moron. He's the worst of the worst. He makes Stephen A. Smith look like a freaking genius.
