I had no idea about this guy. Sounds like someone who would have been great to know. I'm glad I read this, I guess I had always figured he had been real close with Hitler.

I always wanted to meet him. Never been to the fatherland though... Watch espn classic. they play a lot of old fights. I record them to dvd and have a pretty extensive collection. The old fights are great. The fighters all seem to have their own personalities, and are respectful. What a contrast to the heavyweight boxing scene of today...
