I predict otherwise. I recall what happened when McNabb and the team went up against the Bucs in the NFC championship game a couple of years ago. I'm thinking the same sort of thing. 24-7, Pats. |

Come 8pm on February 6, I'll be watching the PBR on OLN, just like I did tonight.
I'm not kickin' anything at anybody who has an interest in this year's Super Bowl, but I'm not sure I can't remember a SB that had a matchup that interested me less. Neither team strikes me as likable nor particularly "must-see" teams, just sounds duller than hell to me. And this year's crop of commercials is one of the least-anticipated in years.

Not in the AFC. The NFC as a near whole (except for Philly) was so watered down that it makes a tsunami seems like a puddle. Ok, bad joke. |

How can you call a possible dynasty in the making in new england "not must see" And philadelphia finally making a Super bowl after 3 straight choke jobs.. I dunno, just sounds like you are dejected after the falcons loss. |

I still think super bowls should be held in alternating bad weather/good weather sites

Well maybe the Falcons, Colts and Rams can drop down to the Arena league. I hear they don't play defense there, so they might have a shot. |

Super Bowls should be rotated in every city, just like baseball's All-Star Game. |

We have the Bucs SB year on DVD and I think Gruden by himself made it watchable. Plus you had an awesome offense going up against an awesome defense.

In conclusion, today was not a good day for a QB to wear #7.

Heaven forbid a superbowl is played at a cold weather site.. none of the "big" star sightings.. such as ally mcbeal..
No wardrobe malfunctions would be possible.. unless the 47 layers of clothing falls off of cher.. or whoever they get And this would be the likely superbowl that a dome team got to the game (read: atlanta or indy) and their fans would complain about that Last edited by Ragone : 01-23-2005 at 10:18 PM. |

My laptop had one of it's freezes, and I decided to give it some rest while watching the game and then playing some Mercenaries on the Xbox. Maybe someone else already replied to this, but either way I will reply. McNabb is much better than Ben at this point in his career. Westbrook is a dangerous running back. Chad Lewis and LJ Smith are both better than Pittsburgh's TE's. The Eagles' defense looks better than the Steelers have the last few weeks. What people seem to forget is that the Eagles were on the road to having just as good a record as the Patriots before they took the last few games off to keep guys fresh. The Eagles will make it competitive. Am I sure they will win? No, of course not. I hope they win, but I must admit the Patriots look very impressive. I think the Eagles will keep it closer than the margin of victory in this New England win.

Beurlein started. Aikman was injured in week 11 or 12, beurlein went 5-0 including a first round win at Chicago. He was playing pretty well and was on a roll. However, he struggled against Detroit and was pulled for Aikman. |

This is an assinine statement. The Steelers went 16-1 to get to this point, beating both New England and Philadelphia in the process (you know, the two Super Bowl teams). Not to mention the AFC was better than it's ever been (from a techincal, fact-based statndpoint). |

George Brett's career is marred by his abuse of pine tar. Bo was much better as a video game running back. |
