Even with today's performance, expect Manning to be unstoppable (a la Vick in 2004).

The biggest dips? The idiots who buy this game and support EA.

Maybe they'll have an option to cover/not cover your field during bad weather.

Well, if it's true to life, all that will happen is a bunch of know-nothings will cry about how unfair it is before the game, but have absolutely no effect on the game.

Well, then again, that IS madden-like

Manning deserves a 99...I cant imagine how you cant give him one...however when he plays the patriots that rating changes to an 80.

I liked Madden 2005, alot more than previous versions of the game and even more than NCAA 2005, but what do I know.

I agree. I'm upset about the monopoly EA is pursuing, but I liked 2005's gameplay quite a lot.

well, since we're confessing to guilty madden-pleasure I have enjoyed it. It serves me at times when FOF might not, when I want to actually slam a QB down, or lay a serious lick on a receiver...

Antonio Gates will likely get a big boost. Drew Brees too.

I just keep wondering when they will lower Joey's ratings...

James Hall should get a bit of a boost.

Madden has always been reluctant to lower veteran players' ratings. For example, Robert Porcher hasn't been an effective DE for years, but he's always been up in the 90's.

IMO they've actually made alot of improvements in Madden in game play as well as having some front office options, etc....I play it every now and then.

I hate the presentation in Madden, I'm thinking ESPN will have a way around the NFL licensing problem.

I have both games, but played ESPN much more than Madden.
