I just want to know one thing...

So the principal wants to cancel the dances because of what he perceives to be unacceptable behavior (and I don't know that I disagree with him), and the dance organizers are floating the idea of "signing a form stating that Would such a thing be remotely enforceable? I mean, wouldn't it amount to contracting with a minor, when minors aren't legally responsible for contracts? |

No, not "enforcable" as such, but it would make sure the kids know the rules and allow them to be removed if they break them.
