FOF: 3 quick questions

starting to "turn the corner" on this game, too bad the documentation is so spotty. Three quick questions for you pros:

1) Is there any semantic impact in the game on an restricted vs an unrestricted free agent? They seem to function identically

2) On the coaching/scouting roster, some of the stats are sometimes in red text. Does anyone know what this means? It doesn't seem to have anything to do with stats going up or down.

3) Is there any way to fire a coach/scout before their contract runs out? My offensive coordinator is rotto, but he has 3 years left.

Only their previous team can make offers to RFA's until the second round of Free agency.
Edit - Actually RFA's become regular FA's if they're not signed by training camp.

Those are the coach ratings that relate to their position. An off.coordinator's effect on linebackers has no impact...but his effect on wide receiver's does...that's where you'll get the red. The non-red ratings are still displayed because the coach could become a def.coordinator or a head coach at another time (then those ratings will be the red ones)

Yes...just hire someone else.

on #3, you can't do something like firing your head coach and promoting your OC to HC, but yeah, you can just hire someone else.
