FOF2004 question:Player & Draft Generator
Just bought FOF2004, and I was wondering how does the player & draft generators exactly work? I want to start my league/career in 1970 with fictional players & real NFL teams. How can I go about doing this?
edit: I was able to figure it out. Last edited by maximus : 01-09-2005 at 04:48 PM. |

well, I thought I figured it out. I still need some help if anyone is willing. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I mean, it looks/sounds easy to do.
edit: I know how to create the player.fdt files but how do I view that file in csv format? Last edited by maximus : 01-09-2005 at 09:17 PM. |

Once you create the .fdt file you can't view it in csv format.
If you want to create a "one player universe" (opu) file you can follow the file format in the csv file format guide. The guide is located in playerfile.exe under the csv file format tab. This allows you to create one player and when you generate the file you can select 1970 as the starting year and the salary cap. When you start the game with an alternate player file the game will automatically generate the other players. That's all I got, hopefully that was some help. |
