Florida's Law and Order working well?
I guess in Florida if you get sentenced to something, you don't really have to abide by it, unless you really want to, like this guy did Great picture, he looks like a perfectly good law abiding citizen.

This stuff happens all the time, and not just in Florida. People will go to traffic court, get their licenses suspended, walk out of the courthouse and get in their cars to drive away, and usually, if the person is well-known enough among cops, there will be cops sitting in the parking lot waiting for the person to drive off. And then they get arrested.
