Round 2: Which Weird Story is Not Real?

A: The school superintendent of Beverly, Mass., William H. Lupini, decided to leave that $130,000-a-year job in May and take the $148,000-a-year job as school superintendent in Brookline, Mass. However, since Brookline's school year did not start until July, and since Lupini perhaps felt there were no other "school superintendent" jobs available covering the interim month of June, he applied for $2,332 in unemployment compensation for that month

B: In November, a Los Angeles, California man was arrested for putting on a public strip show. Police say that Marquis Danielsson, 23, was waiting for a city bus when he, for some reason, started disrobing. Other people on the scene tried to restrain the man, but police said Danielsson broke free and continued to "bump and grind" according to the police report. Danielsson ended up fully disrobing, and shortly thereafter was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department. He was cited for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct and fined $500. Police declined to provide a motive for Danielsson's actions.

C) In Watertown, Mass., a playful Kudzai Kwenda, 23, accidentally locked handcuffs on his wrist at home in October, and figured they would know how to get them off at the local police station, but shortly after arrival, he was jailed because he had apparently forgotten there was an arrest warrant out against him.

D) A Junction City, Ore., high school student was arrested in November after he and a pal allegedly distributed a DVD they had made, complete with rap-music sound track, of them beating up a classmate they had selected at random.

I pick B, because there was so much detail in the story...also, I wouldn't touch a naked guy to restrain him like the other people at the scene.

I'll say B as well. The idea that people would try to physically restrain the guy (instead of just getting the hell out of there) seems fishy.

Not to highjack, but can you collect unemployment if you resign from a job? I thought it was only for people who are fired or laid off. BTW - Massachusetts pays a lot of $$$ - 2300?! In Delaware, I think the highest amount is somewhere in the $1400 range.

Why pay the second highest state income tax rate in the country if some lazy sod can't benefit from it?

I'm slightly disturbed that a man stripping along with "bumping and grinding" is what bubbled to the surface of your cranium.
