TCY/FOF Interactive: Year 3

2006 is set to begin.

Again, if you have any ideas to further the enjoyment, fire away.

Also again, load times and color schemes work for my 'Sideline Green' style. Any problems, please relate them before I get too far (which won't be too soon).

With all the players involved now, this could get a bit on the confusing side, I don't know yet (obviously). If it does, I can always go to a streamlined form like the one larrymcg421 was using.

Now you will see why I decided to use the color schemes I use. If you are looking for a player, scroll to find the proper color. I hope it makes it easier to find things if you don't want to see all there is.

New? Check out TCY/FOF Interactive: Year 1 Here.

Check out TCY/FOF Interactive: Year 2 Here.

Sign-up for your own player Here.

Anything else? No? Ok, then...

P.S.- Winter break is over. The speed with which the first 2 seasons were done will very likely not be duplicated. I'll go as best I can, but some life crap may sometimes interfere, as great a suckage as that may be.

Unfortunately, whan you are using scouts from the #120 team in the country, the estimates are not very accurate, sometimes, as with some of our new freshmen this year- not what some had hoped, or expected.

Derrick is redshirting this season. He did not gain a pound in the summer.

The other OLBs on the Michigan team are:
  1. Sr- 84/85 (last year was 73/86)
  2. Sr W.On- 34/71 (last year was 30/71)
  3. Jr- 34/89 (last year was 26/88)
  4. So- 51/82 (last year was 29/83)
  5. R.S. So- 52/77 (last year was 45/77)
Derrick is getting 18% Weight and 18% Film. He could have used some more weight training, but I guess the Michigan coaches know what they're doing.

Charlie has not been redshirted this year, which is a shame as he is only 3rd on the depth chart at this time. He gained 20 pounds in the summer.

The other ILBs on the South Carolina team are (S.C. was a surprise, so no look at last year):
  1. Jr- 26/45
  2. Jr W.On- 11/23
  3. R.S. Jr W.On- 26/72
  4. R.S. Fr- 12/61
Charlie is getting 24% Weight and 19% Film. He could have used a redshirt, but the Gamecocks are very thin at ILB and Swaggs was the better of the 2 Fr.

Kel is redshirting this season. He gained 12 pounds in the summer.

The other WRs on the Nebraska team are:
  1. Jr- 62/82 (last year was 46/83)
  2. R.S. Jr W.On- 70/70 (last year was 54/54)
  3. R.S. Fr- 16/65
  4. So W.On- 3 of them that really suck
Kel is getting 15% Weight and 29% Film. He looks good in a couple of years.

  4. R.S. So- 47/97 (last year was 20/97)

Colton is redshirting this season. He gained 5 pounds in the summer.

The other RBs on the Michigan team are:
  1. Jr- 51/59 (last year was 46/60)
  2. Jr- 29/79 (last year was 24/79)
  3. R.S. Jr- 70/100 (last year was 54/100)
  4. So W.On- 16/41 (last year was 16/41)
Colton is getting 14% Weight and 22% Film. Lots of competition for several years, at least. Plus, he needs to watch his grades or it could be bad.

The Michigan Crew has a lot of people we have to kill, I see. Well, we're redshirting. We have ample time to slaughter those who dare compete with the Unholy Trio.

So when do the 'alterior benefits' of being a bowl-winning, true-frosh, super stud QB kick in? 'Cause seing as I'm going to be the #1 overall pick after my junior year I need to make the most of college while I can.

You better hope I don't go to the SEC, because if Wilson is there he will sack you 4.5 times and the last sack will put you out of your junior year.

Godzilla gained 6 more pounds in the summer.

PROJECTION: Starting ILB

The future appears very bright for Blitz, barring injury (insert wood knocking here). The other ILBs on the Michigan team are:
  1. Jr- 36/70
  2. R.S. Jr W.On- 20/40
  3. R.S. So- 37/100 (Nate Wright)
  4. R.S. Fr- 20/65
Godzilla is getting 24% Weight and 19% Film (there are advantages to having no GF, as we know).

Inigo gained 4 more pounds in the summer.

PROJECTION: Starting RB

Montoya is #1, it appears, but the competition is fierce. Also of note, it could be a dogfight as the Beavers' OTs are not the best. The other RBs on the Oregon State team are:
  1. R.S. Sr- 56/79
  2. Jr- 38/80
  3. R.S. So- 47/47
Inigo is getting 19% Weight and 31% Film. He may weigh 250 before he's gone!!

Daniel gained 7 more pounds in the summer.

PROJECTION: 2nd Team QB

Ertmann is the clear back-up in a very crowded field. The other QBs on the Nebraska team are:
  1. Sr- 73/93 (Rufus Beauregard- yes, that's his name)
  2. R.S. Sr W.On- 29/88
  3. R.S. Sr W.On- 28/52
  4. R.S. Jr W.On- 20/50
  5. R.S. Fr- 12/79
Daniel is getting 9% Weight and 32% Film as Coach feels 206 is enough for a shortish QB.

Tang gained 7 more pounds in the summer.

PROJECTION: 2nd Year Starter at QB

Le Wood is the returning starter. He didn't progress as much as hoped (2005- 26/100) given the playing time Tang received. However, Gator sources feel this may be a breakout season for Le Wood. The other QBs on the Florida team are:
  1. R.S. Sr W.On- 20/93
  2. So W.On- 5/5
  3. R.S. Fr- 20/82
Tang is getting 9% Weight and 31% Film.

Larry gained 1 more pound in the summer.

PROJECTION: Possible Starting ILB

With only 3 ILBs on the team, one assumes Tennessee runs a 4-3, in which case Larry is the back-up. If they utilize a 3-4 instead, he will be a starter. The other ILBs on the Tennessee team are:
  1. Jr- 40/100
  2. Jr- 30/52
Larry is getting 20% Weight and 16% Film.

Will Ertmann get any PT? Will Montoya be a star? Week one of the 2006 season will start to tell the tale.

Danny Wilson, Benton Gale, James Clark...You will all be going to Michigan. Commit now, join the Unholy Trio!

Tim Brice...bugger off, unless you want to move to wide receiver. I've got my tailback.

Cody Myers...you may come to Michigan. I need someone to hold a clipboard whilst I dominate!

Hell yah! The three recruits can only come if they like winning though, as were not looking for losers...go to nebraska with the other ones. Tim, you can come too...our defense could use a good scout team back for the next 4 years, so feel free. Cody, i could always use someone to practice with when Rob is out accepting his heisman and other accolades every year.

Michigan Football...Home of the best young backfield in america...don't worry, im sure nebraska will take you

I was thinking of moving to QB.

What can you say? This was never really much of a contest as Nebraska took control early, piled it on in the middle and coasted to the end. The Cornhuskers were so much in control, the halftime score was 42-7. This was a bit of a good news/bad news thing for Daniel Ertmann. The good news is that he actually saw some playing time. The bad news is that it was as the 3rd string QB, not 2nd.

Ertmann's Stats
Pass: 1-2 for 8 yards, 0 TD
Rush: no carries

Behind 7-13 at the half, Oregon State got a 91 yard KO return for a TD to open the 2nd half for a 14-13 lead. Sitka scored again but Inigo Montoya caught a 19 yard TD pass to regain for the Beavers. Sitka took the lead again, 21-26, but State then took but 38 seconds to move 69 yards and take a 29-26 lead. Sitka moved 71 yards in 11 plays, gaining the Beaver 10 yard line and trying for a tying field goal on the final play of regulation from 27 yards. It was wide right, however, and Oregon State had a win.

Montoya's Stats
Rush: 10 carries-36 yards- 0 TDs
Rec: 3 catches- 64 yards- 1 TD

Penn State was bad today. They were bad on defense and they were bad on offense. As an example, Penn State had 1 drive of over 7 plays while Oregon had 7 such drives, including TD drives of 82,82,71 and 46 yards in the first half. Each resulted in a TD for the Ducks, who took a 28-0 haltime lead. The lone bright spot on defense was R.S. Soph ILB Godzilla Blitz, who led the team in tackles.

Nebraska dominated Tulane as expected. The Cornhuskers were a bit on the lackadaisical side, it seemed, as they slid thru the game a bit after gaining a 21-0 lead midway thru the 2nd quarter. The defense took no breaks, however, as they held the Green Wave to 10 first downs and less than 200 yards total offense.

The Oregon State Beavers continued their trend of just enough effort to win as they beat the Bulldogs Saturday. Tied at 3 and looking sorry, the Beavers scored three consecutive TDs, the last a 69 yard interception return, to take a 24-3 lead, then held on for a seemingly easy victory.

The Gators absolutely crushed Idaho as the Vandals could do nothing offensively or defensively. On offense, Idaho could muster just 9 first downs and 136 yards. On defense, the Vandals had no answer for Soph QB Tang Le Wood, who torched their 'D' for 7 TDs before being pulled early in the 4th quarter. On a positive note, Idaho only lost 1 player to injury.

Pass: 31 of 52 for 439 Yards, 7 TDs, 0 INT

South Carolina visited El Paso today and, by halftime, had emptied half the stadium as they led UTEP 35-0. The Miners could do nothing on this day, totaling 9 first downs and 138 total yards of offense. Meanwhile, the UTEP defense was allowing the Gamecocks to amass 31 first downs and over 500 yards of offense while averaging more than 7 yards/play. The Gamecocks were led on defense by R.S. Soph Charlie Swaggs.
