I'm really enjoying this dynasty so far. The only advice I have is to back the universe file up, many many times. I'd probably still be running my dynasty if I had remembered to do that.

Thanks larry... I have backed up the universe file, but I definately need to do it more often than I do, especially after recruits choose a school- will follow that advice for sure.

Dumb Whit...you could have been apart of a national championship team....now you go to get balls overthrown to you by some loser from illinois...i just hope i accidently trip into every QB in front of coffee and move him up the depth chart...i need a real talent to take some heat off me and the running game of the future

NCAA- The Games Week 11: "Frenchie"
Alabama30Florida13Tang Le Wood, QB
When Lester Dunn caught Tang Le Woods' only TD pass of the game with 6:46 to play, Florida led 13-9. Alabama then scored 21 points in the final 5 minutes of the game, including a 93 yard INT return for a TD. Tang had 3 INTs and was sacked 5 times in the loss as injuries to his TE and 2 WR have killed Florida's passing game, it seems, and they never had a running game all year. Le Wood had 3 stokes in the game.

4 straight national championships, here we come. A thousand yards rushing, and a thousand yards passing for my backfield receiver!

I figure we'll split the Heisman awards. You get 2, I get 2.

I guess i could settle for 2...and ill even dedicate my second one to our defensive captain to be deacon. Going undefeated for 4 seasons will be such a nice feeling.

Well, I'll give you all 4 if I take down Offensive Player of the Year every year.

In fact, there we go.

Offensive POY: Me
Heisman: You
Defenseive POY: Deacon.

We'll dominate the standings just like the awards.

Tang Le Wood, QB
Vanderbilt held their own with Florida for much of the game. Vandy trailed at the half only 14-7 and after 3 quarters by but 14 points. However, led again by 4 TDs from Lester Dunn- 2 run, 2 receive- Florida made it look like a rout with 21 unanswered 4th quarter points. Tang Le Wood had a mediocre game. garnering 4 stokes but not throwing any picks for a change.

Tang Le Wood, QB
Despite constant pressure that resulted in 7 sacks and 1 INT, Tang Le Wood had his best game as a Gator in his biggest game. Tang was 28 of 47 for 384 yards with 3 TDs and the 1 pick, earning 5 stokes. Florida built a 28-7 lead into the 4th quarter and held on as Florida State scored 17 points in an 8 minute stretch to close to 28-24. After giving the Seminoles the ball, Florida's 'D' held on downs and Florida was able to run out the clock for the huge win.

Tang Le Wood, QB
A 1st quarter 66 yard fumble return for touchdown by Zach Rivers and a 2nd quarter TD pass from Le Wood to Collin Nestor gave Florida a 14-0 lead at the half. Despite 4 INTs and 3 sacks from Le Wood, Michigan was never really a threat as the Wolverines could muster only 41 yards rushing for the day and were forced to punt 7 times. Michigan also contributed 2 lost fumbles to the Gator cause. True freshman QB Tang Le Wood was awarded 4 stokes for the game.

This year Utah finished as the only unbeaten team in the country. Unfortunately for them, their SoS was only 111th, and that cost them dearly as the Coach and Fan polls had them 3rd, but the Computers only 13th.

With 7 turnovers, 20 penalties, 67 total rushing yards and 9 punts, this game looked like an early September affair. Nonetheless, USC outpassed State by 150+ yards and led the whole game en route to their 1st National Championship.

The Player of the Year:

Once again we had an incredibly close race for PotY. Once again, the Top Offensive Player winner lost out to another QB.

The Offensive Player of the Year, Tennessee QB Richie Hancock finished third in the voting with 118 votes, one behind the runner-up, UCLA QB Louis Nolan, who had 119 votes.

The Player of the Year is Boston College QB Irv Swift, with 120 votes.

Congratulations!!

Note that the PoY for 2005, Irv Swift of Boston College was a Jr. Also, the Offensive MVP for 2005, Richie Hancock of Tennessee, is the 4th ranked QB in the draft with an 15/58, 5.5.

Note: unlisted denotes a player not in the TCY game. I guess FOF makes some up to fill in or something.

The BOLD denotes pick received thru trade.

Offensive MVP for 2005, Richie Hancock of Tennessee, was drafted by Seattle with the 131st pick. He was the 4th QB selected.

And with that, 2005 comes to a close.

Again, if anyone is curious about a stat or a player (or whatever), ask away.

See you in 2006.
