Note: Earthquake
It now appears as if there are over 20,000 people dead or missing, and many more in trouble-entire villages have been destroyed.
In any case, in the spirit of Christmas and what not, I thought I'd post this link for donations to the earthquake/tsunami victims. If you have some spare cash lying around or so, its a fairly worthy cause. The money actually goes straight to the people who are affected as opposed to myriad craps of bueraucracy. The link I have is only for the Indian one, but I imagine there's something similar for most countries affected. Thanks, http://pmindia.nic.in/relief.htm |

http://www.baseballthinkfactory.org/...on/25239/P500/ Page 6, Post 3 lists a few. Mrskippy pointed out some of the issues with the red cross per se on the corresponding thread at OOTPD forums- so the others are located. |
