How to get rid of this window...
Ok, I'm at school right now so my Internet connection is always on. I have a Dell and during the summer, I had a dial-up connection with DellNet which I've since closed. However, the annoying launcher window for DellNet pops up every five seconds lately, asking me to connect via my modem. It seems to pop up whenever I need to reload a page. Obviously I just close the window, but does anyone know how to keep it from popping up again? Yes, this is a stupid question, I know. I'm just really stressed right now and this stupid window is the least of my problems. I just want to make it go away. Thanks.

go to msconfig (start>run>msconfig)
and look in your startup menu for something that looks like dell net. disable it.

Try this
from IE go to tools - options (or Internet optiond depending upon version) then click the "connections" tab and you will probably see an entry for delnet. Simply delete it. |
