i was on the edge of my seat though....that was a blast.

They credited a batted ball on that last long one on the right side but I swear i was nowhere near that ball. I thought that that was a home run.

Flasch, I saw the bat. Your guy leapt up and knocked it away. It was a good play.

What killed me (in the "aw, DAMMIT!" sense) was how many times I caught the ball and had your tackle knock it loose, compared to the other way around.

Oh, and Taylor. i'm making a voodoo doll for that fucker the next time we play. Seemed like he was getting about 4 yards after the hit on every carry.

the arbitrator is a subroutine that credits wins and losses in the event of strange game happenings or the game not getting recorded.

The arbitration bit when submitting scores does take a couple of minutes. Just wait it out. That all changed with their latest patch; I don't know if they are sending more data or if their network is just that busy.

We may have to catch him when he's back (he sounded like he'd be able to play this coming week). I can't determine a winner, just tell the arbitrator to pick one, so I'd rather wait if it won't be more than a few days.

I'm up against Pittsburgh next (RPI-fan I believe) and I'm still available from 6PM to 11:00 PM Central time most weeknights. I'm also available at multiple times on Sunday.

I think he said the Friday of Labor Day weekend, which would be another whole week. But I might of misunderstood.

There are still 3 games to play, but it's been a long time on this week. I hate to be strict about this (is it too late after this long?), but I'm going to have to advance the league Monday night regardless of games being played. We need to try and keep this moving for those who are actively participating.

Okay, apparently it won't determine a winner or give a draw, I have to actually pick a winner for the 3 games that are left. So here's the deal: I'll give until the end of this weekend, and then I'll flip a coin for the three remaining games. Current matchups are:

Bearcat729 vs. Pumpy
MGadfly vs. MoneyG
knsmith vs. EaglesFan27

If someone checks in here and there opponent doesn't, I may be inclined to give them the win as I want active owners. If we have this issue again with the next round, I'll start booting the inactive people (those who did not play this week and don't play next week and who do not show up in this thread).

And next time we'll do a tournament league. Or if enough people think this one is dead, I'll start a tournament league and kill this one off.

cartman was out of town, and then he never got back to me about whether he could play last weekend. If he stops by the thread, I'm available tonight or tomorrow morning (early) or tomorrow afternoon (basically I have a bar prep course from 10:30 to 12:30 on Saturday, but other than that should be able to work around everything else that I have going on).

League advanced. Sorry for those I had to give a loss to, but it's been almost a month and it was time to move on. Take consolation in the fact that I'm not likely to make it to the playoffs.
