FOF2K4 HTML Export

I know this has been posted about all over the forums, but I wasn't sure if I would get an answer posting in those old threads. With either Jim's or anyone else's HTML utility, are you able to edit the HTML markup that will be used to display the data? If so, can you include CSS styles, or a link to an external style sheet?

Also, how is exporting done? Can you choose to export individual screens or does it export all at once into a local folder of linked html pages? All I really want this feature for is to be able to have something to reference on my second monitor (for instance, to have the draft order listed on one monitor while i try to work a draft-day trade on the other monitor in fof).
