History in FOF4

I would like to set up a 15 or so year history for my league and I was wondering how to do that. I know I need to set the date back to 1987 and the sal cap at as low as it will go. But how do I make sure I don't get fired with no opprotunities to get another job?

You will have to create a new universe file. When you do this, it allows you to set the starting year and salary cap. Once you start the game and use this new universe file, be sure that you do not check the option that allows firings.
