Staff:  Coach Tim Bernstien has a reputation as an offensive guru. The Rebels' organization feels that given time he can turn this fledgling team into a winner. Scout Wesley Harper was hired in the offeseason after being let go by the Washington Redskins. He has an eye for defensive talent, but management is concerned about his skill in finding quality offensive players.
