Help reaching out to high school classes
In an effort to get myself and my students out of the Bay Area Bubble, I'm wanting to have my US History, Government and/or Sociology class connect with out of state students/classes
I've found it's a bit creepy emailing schools out of the blue. Can anyone here help me out? This would be for a total of 45 students. The topics I think that would interesting to share (google forms): 1. Political spectrum, important issues 2. Immigration, education family story 3. Healthcare experience 4. Career, educational goals Thanks Last edited by AENeuman : 08-09-2018 at 03:58 PM. |

My son is a rising Senior and has US history and govt/econ this first semester.
His teacher is a friend. Pretty culturally juxtaposed from Bay Area CA to "Backwoods, SC" If you are interested Id be glad to put you in touch. |

I will talk to my daughters AP american govt teacher.
We are in a "fly over" state. A rural-ish area about 25 miles Sw of St. Louis. School starts next Wednesday for the students.

Any interest in Youngstown OH? I imagine it would be pretty similar to Oakland though.

I don't think school starts until the 2nd week of September though.
