I think I would have voted for Weezer over anyone else in this poll, but Zeppelin is Zeppelin.

Weezer is one of my favorite groups, but, yea, same thought as you.

Went with Weezer. They don't deserve to go out 6:1.

The great thing about Skynard vs Crue is that one of them loses.

Sucks to see The Cure go out in round 2, but at least it's to a band I like. Same with Weezer.

I love Journey with Greg Rollie in it. (Lights, Anytime, Lovin TOuchin, etc...)

But after he left was just so ...um...what's the word.
watered-down-powerballady?

On the other hand Harrison was always my favorite Beatle, esp when comparing solo careers.

This makes me realize we would be bad road trip partners...we would never agree on a radio station.

I think that fact is the one great tragedy of that match up.

I think this is the first poll of any of these "FOFC favorite.." that I could have gone with either choice in all 8 match ups and not felt bad about my decision.

No disrespect to Stevie Ray Vaughan but I'm really hoping The Talking Heads pull it off. They are one of my personal favorites.

Another bad road trip partner pair. I will give you talking heads, but I want Foo Fighters and RHCP to move on.

Boy, this is going to be brutal the farther we go.

If I checked in more than weekly, I could have put the Heads over the top.
