Do you get the NFL Network?
I'm just curious how many of us get the NFL Network.

I don't have it. I don't have DirecTV and Comcast says that they have no plans to pick it up either. What exactly is it? Do they have various "ESPN-Clone" type programs (NFL Matchup, NFL Live, etc). Or do they keep on playing "NFL Films" stuff all day long.
For me, give me a network that shows the old NFL games (100% footage, not a highlight show) and you'll have me hooked. I think that you could even charge extra for it (maybe $5 a month or something). I have no idea why the NFL is so anal about this stuff. |

I love the 'It is good to be Rich' commercials. Classic.

It's a sorta mix between the two(though not w/ entire games being broadcast). Some highlight shows, playbook and some NFL films stuff old and new. It's not the greatest format but hey it's football 24/7.

Seth Joyner seems like he could be decent...if he didn't have Norton interrupting him all the time and driving Joyner up the freaking wall. I swear, the few times I've seen them, it looked like Joyner was using every ounce of restraint in his body to keep from kicking the crap out of Norton.

I had been wondering what had happened to Sterling Sharpe from ESPN earlier this year, now i know. Kinda wierd to give up a gig at ESPN to go do a show on the NFL network though in my opinion.

I know I'm going to feel stupid when I hear the answer, but what's the song that is playing during those commercials? It's been driving me crazy...

Don't you mean Luis? I get the network, though so far everything seems to run together. It's interesting how commercials can actually serve to delineate programming...
