Simming multiplayer games ?

I posted this question before and I'm sorry for asking again but I can't figure this out. If you have a multi-player league on one cpu for example there are 5 of us. Is it possible to watch the game sim. Someone said you can before I was just looking for confirmation because I can't figure out how, because it will not give me that option under the particapant screen or the commisioner screen. If anyone knows please let me know because I'm dying to do it (so we can talk trash to each other as the game goes on) If anyone is doing this let me know
