I voted Kershaw without thinking about it, and I would again.

But to play devil's advocate, Mattingly has been running Kershaw out there on 3 days' rest the last two postseasons. Like, regularly. Yesterday was Bumgarner's only short rest if you're concerned about arm trouble.

College and the pros are different beasts, and Manning absolutely earned his choke artist rep in college. It's not like he's blown up in the playoffs either.
