So pissed at myself (TCY)...

I can't believe I lost my copy of this game. I lost intrest in it for a while but now that I need it I can't find it. I guess it just got misplaced in my move to college. What should I do? Is it worth re-purchasing?

Well, how much did you like the game? For me, it'd be a no-brainer, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. It is, however, one of my favorite games of all time.

I love it. The only problem I run into is that I dont know if I will get that much into it now that FOF2k4 is coming out. Even though TCY and FOF2k4 will be closely related. AH!? Im confused.

If I understand the interaction between the games correctly, TCY will provide an additional feature for use with FOF2K4 that you can't get just playing FOF2K4. Rookies in the draft will import senior (or junior) year stats from TCY to be viewed during the draftee evaluation process. Stats will not be generated for draftees created within FOF2K4. That's why Jim released the newest version of TCY, so that draft files will be compatible with the new FOF game. I'm preparing a set of TCY draft files for use with my first real FOF2K4 career right now.

Did you have the download version? If so, all you need to do is download it and email verotel saying you lost your license information and they will give it to you. You could be up and running in an hour.

If you bought the CD, that's a different story.

This is one reason why I favor download distribution of software.

That is a great point and the reason I like downloads much better as well. I haven't played TCY in quite some time, downloaded the latest version and sent an email to Viatech. A few hours later and I was up and playing again.

I agree, this is why downloaded software is great. The old computer I had TCY on is now a file server. So I just re-downloaded and I was up and playing within minutes.
