I'm more convinced than ever that the writers of Fringe are on LSD when writing episodes. That was one pretty trippy episode, especially when the head FBI guy got a contact high.

Just watched the finale and I'm a bit baffled too-was going to have a hard time watching the next season if they killed off Olivia, so glad that didn't happen, but treating Peter like he never existed was the baffling part-he was the whole reason the portal was opened to the other dimension in the first place. But the Walter vs Walter and Olivia vs Olivia should be interesting next season.
I hope Astrid gets to be more than Walter's lab assistant next season. Kinda felt bad for the actress playing her-not really getting to do anything important to the show for the most part. |

I love Astrid. I wish she didn't like girls but I still love her.

I believe Sam Wise is Peter's son or someone who is connected to all this... funny how he plays a Jacob like role.

Joshua Jackson is signed for season 4 so I don't think he is going anywhere. Apparently next season will go in-depth on the Observers.

I think they will. I'm a bit more worried about them cutting episodes and screwing things up. In a way, this season finale could have been a series finale and not been horrible.

No, but I'm guessing based on how poor the ratings are. The finale only did a 1.2.

Please tell me some of you guys are still watching. Thought last Friday's episode was great. Love time stuff. Will be interesting how they fix the problem with Peter. Little disappointed we aren't getting more Walternate.

Could anyone tell whose face was on the $100 bill last night in the alternate universe?

me too, but way too predictable.I mean, we all knew after the first episode of the season this is the way it would end. This is Fringe FFS, how about a twist or something.

I loved it. The white tulip was great. The scene with Astrid and Walter was great. It tied up almost everything we could ask for. Not completely perfect, but the best ending I can remember for a show this complex.
The show went down some weird paths the last couple seasons, but I am happy with how it concluded. Loved using the other universe to get the boy back and then all the previous fringe incidents to fight back in the final scene. |

Always wanted to try this show, but they took it off of Netflix before I got a chance and the Science Channel run order is all over the place.
