Celebrity HoN: Would You Rather? Midwest Bracket (Part B)

We now turn back to the Midwest bracket where the first four competitors have already advanced. Third seed Natalie Portman has moved on where she will be in tough when she faces sixth seeded Stacy Kiebler while there is a otential upset brewing when seventh seed Alyssa Milano takes on two seed Bar Refaeli. But before we get to that, there are still four opening round matchups in the bracket to go.

(1) Kate Beckinsale vs. (16) Zoe Saldana

The Underworld star enters the tournament as one of the favorites to win it all and is likely not to see much of a challenge in the form of Saldana. The Avatar actress is a pending poll nominee, and while she may do okay there, she stands little chance up against the Beckinsale juggernaut.

(8) Angelina Jolie vs. (9) Eva Longoria

This is one of two opening round battles between two current HoN selections as Jolie and Longoria go head to head. Jolie and Longoria competed in HoN back in 2005 and 2006 respectively with Jolie scoring a 78.5% and Longoria scoring a 77.9%. Needless to say, at the time this would have been a close vote. We will see how, if at all, public opinion has changed on these two since that time.

(5) Blake Lively vs. (12) Cheryl Cole

In a shocking last minute turn of developments, Jessica Simpson, the original 12 seed was pulled out of the tournament for unknown reasons, although it is believed to be her sharp decline in hotness since 2006. The selection committee had to scramble for a replacement and despite the ban on European models, was able to sneak in Brit celebrity and somewhat musician (and model) Cole. She will take on fellow at large selection and Gossip Girl actress Lively in a matchup that could be anyone's game. It appears Lively is vastly overrated here which leaves her very susceptible to the upset. With two somewhat unknowns, the committee is hoping for a close matchup to keep the fans tuned in.

(4) Charlize Theron vs. (13) Kim Kardashian

The polarizing Kardashian has the curves that many FOFCers claim to prefer but her personality may cost her points. That and the fact that she faces a very tough first round opponent in the wildly popular Theron, who garnered an 85% HoN rating back in 2005. There is little question as to which is the more beautiful individual is but this is would you rather and Kardashian will need to hope to draw the "wild" label from the FOFC contingent to have any chance against the more conservative Theron.

It's definitely Cheryl Cole, though it looks like it was taken almost ten years ago. The other pictures on this page have been taken much more recently.

I have yet to seek out watching something that Eva was in. Angelina? Hell yeah. I watched Gia more than once. Angelina even at her worst stripped down without makeup beats this.

And the fact that she KNEW this part required her to add 30 lbs to look this way and she did it anyway and then looking like this:





just a few short weeks after shooting ended makes her that much hotter in my mind. She took a chance at ruining her image for her art. She didn't hide behind her celebrity to avoid it. Taking chances, risks make you even hotter in my book.


So this argument just strengthens the case for Charlize.
