And I am a grandpa
Well I don't post tons of personal stuff on the net but thought I'd share here, and date myself a bit, that last night ~8:35pm the wife and I became grandparents. My son and his lovely wife had a 7lb 9oz, 21 inches long baby girl. Cute as can be. Everyone is doing well.
A bit of a downer is I happened to come down with the first severe sore throat\cold I've had in years along with slight fever so couldn't go (they live 3 hours away) but the wife made it. I'll have to wait for my virus to run it's course before I can see her. But then hey, as long as everything went well at the hospital that is ok. Currently only have pics on my phone but will post one or two when my wife gets home with her camera or my son gets enough time to email me his HUGE collection  |
