WELCOME to IWS Number FIFTY!!!

Myself, I've been in something like 40 or 45 of the first half centruy of contests, and I rarely score in the top ten, yet I notched my very first victory and an now hosting the 50th version.

I would appreciate it if someone could forward to me the Excel document that has been used in the past to track the IWS contests. Thanks! Just e-mail me at euplatious AT hotmail.com.

I wanted to make the questions a bit more intriguing, with some easy and some hard. Anyways, here are the questions!!!

Questions for IWS #50

The Rules

These are essentially the pasted rules from the very first FOFC “I’m With Stupid” Contest.

The object of this contest is to answer the questions posted below, and to provide the most common answer among those submitted. For each question, your score will be equal to the number of people who submitted that response. Your score for the contest will be the product of your individual question scores. Highest score wins.

There aren’t many rules or clarifications necessary, but here are those I can think of:

No collaborating in any way. No posting your answers to this board, nor sharing them by email or in any other way with other potential contestants.

All determinations of “matches” and anything else requiring judgment fall to that of the sole administrator of this puzzle, Anxiety. You can reduce the need for doubt and judgment by properly spelling your submissions, being clear, and that sort of thing.

Any references that are unclear to you, due to language or geography, should be understood to be authored from the perspective of an English-speaking American. However...

Your answers do not necessarily have to be correct in order to score points. If I ask “name a color of the rainbow,” and you and four other people responded “black” - you get five points, period, even if it is not technically a correct answer to the question.
