Internet Troubles

Lately, it seems like everytime I go to a messageboard and open up a thread it seems laggy. I use my wheel on my mouse, and there's always a delay to move it down. When it finally moves down it does it weird. It's not smooth, and it seems jagged. Even when I use my arrow keys, or the scroll bar thing, it does the same thing. Any ideas? Solutions?

Have you tried re-booting your computer? Sometimes that helps me when it gets too slow...

Still nothin, I've cleared out temp int files, cookies, Smooth scrolling is enabled, and if re-booting means restarting your comp, then I do that every time I'm done with it. Thanks for trying guys.
