I only stay on board because it's a tool for determining regional leadership, and that's kind of important for the health of FOFC. Otherwise, I'm one of those member nations that does whatever the f*ck I want, regardless of how the UN feels. Sort of like when the US invaded Iraq. |

The Rogue Nation of Ravnoria has used it's technology to destroy all UN communications. Our intentions were to destroy the ISI bill that is under consideration in the UN. This ISI bill will NOT pass!
I WILL have my revenge upon Fortunado! Next, I'll just need to lure him into my basement by telling him that I have a cask of amantillado . . . He'll never know what hit him! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! |

well If I decide to play again, since the website is all messed up...
Spotlight on: The Armed Republic of Fongshong "If its long, then you belong!" UN Category: Compulsory Consumerist State Civil Rights: Below Average Economy: Powerhouse Political Freedoms: Few Location: the Pacific The Armed Republic of Fongshong is a tiny, economically powerful nation, notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 5 million are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night. There is no government in the normal sense the word; however, a small group of community-minded, pro-business individuals devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Welfare and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing, Book Publishing, and Retail industries. Crime is a serious problem. Fongshong's national animal is the snake in the grass, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the gold bar.

The Holy Empire of Schmidtonia
"All shall bow before the power of the Schmidty." UN Category: Corrupt Dictatorship Civil Rights: Some Economy: Weak Political Freedoms: Few Location: The East Pacific The Holy Empire of Schmidtonia is a tiny, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its compulsory military service. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 5 million are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet. It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Religion & Spirituality, and Defence. The average income tax rate is 49%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Schmidtonia's national animal is the kitty, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the triple penis. Schmidtonia is ranked 1st in the region and 1st in the world for connect error [/home/nation/tmp/ranksock]: No such file or directory.

Ok, for the "play" I'm about to unfold, I need a couple of nations who would like to crush the Rogue States of Sterling Ice in the interest of the UN or rooting out oppression, etc, etc. Please PM me if you're interested in the part. You will lose a few troops but you get to play the fun villain role. I'll PM anyone interested with further details.

Yeah the famous "" resolution bans sex with farm animals. It looks as though the Rogue Nation of Ravnoria needs to reconsider what is more important to them:
Being a part of an international community OR Animal Husbandry Hmmmmm . . . P.S. I believe that Poe was an opium fiend, mix that with a little whiskey and you can hear hearts beating under your floorboards. |
