I like the San Diego Sun one.
What about putting that sun on a navy blue helmet with gray trim down the middle of the helmet. Thanks.

Excellent work cuervo...I just caught up. I'm really looking forward to this dynasty...the historical progression of helmets and the idea of adding history by moving franchises, etc, is fantastic.

Ok, I'll try the logo for the Carson City Suns on a blue helmet. I'm not sure if it will work though - I tried using the sun on a red helmet (for the histories), and had to adjust it a little bit. But I'll try it (I might have to regenerate the logo, yellow with gray trim). In the meantime, here is one with an original logo that I came up with for them. (BTW - I'm going with larger helmets from here on out, as the template I've been using is larger than the original template. I've been sizing them down to match the first template, but won't bother doing that anymore. You can see more detail this way anyhow.)

Well, I still think my artistic (and PhotoShop) skills are limited (my ideas are good, I just can't often translate them), but I do the best I can ![]() This is actually a case where I think the logo is hurt by shrinking it. Usually, the shrinky-dink effect hides flaws, but much of this one is text, so its pretty sharp.

Dola -
Here is the version with the sun on the blue helmet, FWIW. I'm also intrigued by the team name - Omega (the end) Sunrisers (the beginning of a day). Very interesting combination.

WOW!
I like the second one even better cuervo. Yeah, Omega Sunrisers has been my fictional team since I was about 9 years old when I used to try and run my own little semi-pro football league. It is biblical to Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. It has alot of sentimental value to me. When Total Pro Football comes out, I plan on resurrecting that old league. The logo looks very nice. I appreciate you taking the time to do the art work. Have a great Saturday!

Well, it looks like I'm finished with my 32 teams. Now it's time for the "historical helmets", which will be found in this thread. But to wrap up, I'm attaching a zip file with a PDF document containing the 32 helmets, listed by conference and division. The file is somewhat large (465kb).

They all look nice cuervo.
My top 5!! 5. Iowa Wreckers (I like the color) 4. Albany Dukes (very nice) 3. Oklahoma Wranglers (good detailed colors) 2. Carson City Suns (I like it alot) 1. Lexington Minutemen (the red, white and blue) just looks great! And of course the second Omega Sunriser one is of course my personal fave. You do good work cuervo. Keep it up.

Thanks cincy. Once I take care of all of my historical images (I've already posted 9 of them, so most of them go quickly), I'll settle down with them for a while. Oh, I guess I do have to do flipped images for them, which will require repositioning the logos for some.
Wow, some love for the Wreckers (that blue is about my favorite color, I'd say) and the Dukes. I think the Dukes does have a clean look to it (that is an actual crest for one of the Dukes of Albany, btw). Maybe when its all said and done I'll have a "vote for your favorite helmets" thread ![]() Oh, glad you liked the second Omega!
