I thought about that but if he did, sucks for him. He was in the wrong, he got the ticket and I have no money. That's a whole lot of pain for very little gain if he even could win but the cops were pretty adament that in AZ it'd be hard for him to win as it is not a pedestrian right of way state. The only place a ped has the right of way he said is in a crosswalk WITH the light. He stressed that.

strange - just heard from my father that he was stopped at a crosswalk on the way to a meeting an hour and a half ago letting a lady cross and she got hit in the crosswalk by some douchebag kid who was on his cell/texting.

seems like she'll be okay i guess (apparently she got lucky that he swerved a little and it was a glancing blow)
