Virtual Corp...Anyone have one, created one.
I am looking at creating a virtual corp in Nevada or Wyoming...Wyoming is pitching themselves against Nevada in a lot of the ads I have been seeing....
I just want to know if anyone has gone this route. My other choice is to keep my company based in Utah, which I really do not want to do.
