Passacaglia may have told this story before, but we saw his mom type in "google" into a yahoo search engine on someone's home page so that she could do her search on google. This was also when she was going through a phase of using the expression "googled it" every 5 minutes.

there's this French search engine for Quebecers that is called "La Toile du Québec" and it was once reported that the term "Google" was in their top 5 most searched term. I kid you not...

I saw someone repeatedly type in the web address into the google taskbar, then have to take the time to click on the link in google. Dude, nbc.com works in the address bar just as well with no clicks.

Pontiac used to run commercials telling people to type "Pontiac" into google to get to their web page. I always wondered why people would do that instead of typing, www.pontiac.com
