If you do, then I suggest we have 8 legislative districts, if not then 9.

Ideally, the legislature should convene and vote on the rules for elections.

For the first Governor, we should appoint a legislator, then progress to General Elections.

As regards to a Surpreme Court, I love the concept, need a right-winger, such as Cam or Sky, a left winger, Galt or Easy Mac. And a 3rd member should be appointed by the Governor and approved by the legislature.
